2012/2013 Pricing & Payment Options

We understand everyone needs are different so we offer three different payment plans.

Contracts will be drafted based on the payment option selected below. You will need to indicate your Payment Option during the application process.  Applicants who do not their contract will automatically be drafted for the "Annual Payment" Plan.

_______   One time "ANNUAL PAYMENT"

      "Hassle free option-residents love this option, less paperwork, no forgotten payments and no late fees!"

1. A one time payment due by 8/1/2012.
2. A $100.00 gift card will be given at time of move-in if payment has been made by payment due date.

When completing your application, please include the pricing option you desire. Applications will be processed on a first come, first serve basis so we encourage you to return completed applications as soon as possible.
