On-Site Professional Management and Resident Staff 
Core Student Housing properties are staffed 24/7 with an on-site professional staff. Each property's staff has the experience and skill to service all of your student's needs. Our property manager is fully supported by leasing, business, and maintenance personnel, in addition to a student team of resident assistants. Many local properties have inadequate maintenance programs and unresponsive landlords, but at Core Student Housing, our team works to ensure that any maintenance concerns your student has are dealt with quickly and efficiently. All comfort and safety issues are given immediate and careful attention; any other maintenance requests are processed within 24 hours. At Core Student Housing, we're always available to provide a quality living environment for your student.

Floor Plans, Amenities, and Affordability
Core Student Housing offers comfortable accommodations for your student that are affordable and a great value to you. Our spacious floor plans provide privacy to study as well as social areas to take a break and relax, with all of the modern amenities your student needs to feel right at home.

Roommate Matching
The transition to living away from home is often easier when a student has the opportunity to live with a roommate who has similar traits, hobbies, interests, and academic goals. Core Student Housing offers roommate matching for students who would like to find a compatible roommate. Your student can submit a personal profile form to better assist us in matching them with an appropriate roommate.

Fully Furnished or Unfurnished Available
All units are fully furnished. Students only need to arrive with personal items (TV, computer, computer decorations etc.).

Technology
Reliable access to internet connectivity is essential for college students; they need it to support their college coursework and to stay in contact with friends and with you. All Core Student Housing properties are equipped with wi-fi/cable/DSL to ensure your student has unlimited access to technology.

Individual Lease Liability 
Most student properties make each parent liable for the rent of all the residents in the unit-but not at Core Student Housing. We offer an individual lease program that allows you to only be responsible for your own student. You can take comfort in knowing your student is secure in their accommodations regardless of whether a roommate transfers or graduates.
